Harnessing the energy and wisdom attained from two decades of experience as a classical ballet coach, project manager, community outreach coordinator, editor, research assistant, and speech language pathology assistant, Elesia founded Golden Heart Golden Mind. Her life’s work, combined with feedback from clients, and hundreds of hours of education, mentorship, coaching, and self-development has led Elesia to create offers and programs that are specifically targeted to bring the heart and mind into alignment. When the heart and mind are one, we bring to fruition our greatest goals, desires, and intentions.
